Unhappy Outlook and SPF/Sender ID problem (this might be a phishing message and is potential)

    Dear Sugar Community,

I like to ask if there is anyone who knows how to avoid Outlook red bar warning message effectively?
I have done the following but still no luck

    1) Removed all links on the email (apart from "Remove yourself from this list")
    2) SPF information added to the domain MX records
    3) Email does not contain any SALES! PROMO! etc words, just pure simple email compaigne from SugarCRM

If I sent out the same email from Outlook to Outlook, it would appear normally.
Then if the same email gets sent out from SugarCRM, other Outlooks will show up the red bar message

I am not quite sure if there are other things I need to be attention of
I have crawled so many posts over last 2 weeks
unfortunately still no effective solution have crossed my eyes yet

PS: Below is not my message, just a Google image to demonstrate the red bar

so far i have looked into this article from Microsoft telling about how Outlook treats both phishing and spam emails

Enable or disable links and functionality in phishing e-mail - Outlook - Office.com

sigh.. really no one can give any advice? I am quite envy others may be able send HTML mass email with links and images without a problem.

Our SMTP is hooked on Gmail with imap.gmail.com as the server, I found out by sending in pure text will not have this phishing problem.

I also tested with nested HTML with absolutely no image & no links will still activate the Outlook phishing alarm.

Our domain have SPF signature on tho without Sender ID, we are uncertain if the Sender-ID is the cause but most unlikely due to pure-text emails won't activate the Outlook alarm.
