Outlook Sync errors

I installed the outlook plugin and when I tried syncing thorugh outlook I got the following message:
any help would be greatly appreciated

Does the appointment you are trying to sync have a time associated with it? or is it an all day event?

I really can't tell. It does not specify which item it is.. there are some that are all day events... how can I find the item that is causing the problem

It is likely related to the all day events. Try syncing individual items instead of all of them, then mark an all day event for syncing and see what happens when you sync.

thank you for your response.... I am new at this so could you direct me how I can do individual syncs...

Select Tools > Sugar Options and click the Appointments tab.

Confirm that the option to automatically sync is nto enabled.

Once you've done that, close the Options window and try the following:

1. Select an all day event
2. Click "Mark for sync" on the SugarCRM toolbar
3. Sync to Sugar

You can try that for other items to see if you can narrow it down to a specific item on your Outlook calendar.
