I can get all the function and syncing I need with SugarCRM, Outlook 2003/2007, Microsoft Exchange Server 2003 and Blackberry Exchange except two things:

1) I need our personal contact folder in Outlook to be able to sync with a public contact folder in Microsoft office Exchange 2003. So that my sugar ondemand instance can then sync fully sync multi directional with multiple folders in Outloook.

I need this because the personal contact folder is the folder that syncs with our blackberries.

2) I need to be able to add and edit records in SugarCRM and it sync with specific and multiple folders in Outlook 2003, 2007 and 2010, which is part of a Microsoft Exchange Server 2003,and uses Blackberry exchange server as well. Those folders to sync are personal contacts (so that can sync with Blackberry), as well as a public contact folder.

I need to be able to multi select in the record and mass update select specific records flagging them to sync with different and specific users/user groups.

You can provide a solution for #1 and #2 above or just #1 or just #2.

I am looking for either an existing plugin, extension, custom solution, or any combination to reach my needs.
