Outlook vs Sugar

Hi everyone,

I got very interested in the Sugar CRM, I have already signed up for the 30 Day Free Trial of Sugar Professional 5.0, so that me tell you my problem...

I am using Microsoft Outlook 2003 (plug-in: 5.0.0.27) with Sugar , when I sent an email to Sugar using (Archive to sugar) with chinese caracters the Subject field is shown only with questions mark. everything is ok with the body message.

Does the same happen if you send the e-mail from Sugar instead?
