"The page cannot be displayed" when attempt to check mail

Just like to know if this is just me or someone happened to have this problem too. Since yesterday when I click Check Mail button I got a "The page cannot be displayed" message.

I cleared browser cache and it won't work. What could be wrong here? Appreciate just any help at all.

How can I actually get somebody respond to this? Not even the developer themselves? Dont they know if they make a user happy enough, the user might just decide to sign up for the paid service? A tool has to be useful enough, and reliable, in order to get the user to want to pay for it, if small issues as such cant be solve, how can one be assured that his few hundred bucks spent on it is worth the while?
