Paid version only available in subscription mode?

Just want to confirm if the paid versions (eg: professional version) are only available in subscription mode, which means data will be stored in Sugar's server.

Is it possible to buy downloadable paid version?

It is your decision where to run Sugar. There are many options available: running on your server, hosted by Sugar or on servers of other Sugar partners, .... The licence costs are the same (depending on the chosen edition), but costs for support, size of available space etc. may differ.

You can run the commercial edition of SugarCRM wherever you like, whether in our on-demand environment, your own data center, or any number of cloud providers.
