I do not have the password lockout option under my Admin > Password Management. Even the password requirements is missing. I am using Sugar 6.3.1 CE. Am I missing out any configurations?

I can understand that, and there are shady people out there. But, it's mine. I am so disappointed in myself for forgetting. But, I did. I really could use your help on this.
