    Default Phone

What kind of phone should be used to connect to use the numbers that are saved in the contacts and accounts[? should it be an IP Phone? Can we use the ordinary phones to connect the calls?[/SIZE]/

Sugar doesn't offer any built-in telephony integration. The only built-in option it offers is a mechanism that allows it to recognize and format phone numbers for Skype dialing purposes.

Beyond that, there are add-ons you can apply to integrate with Asterisk/Trixbox, but those are not built-in capabilities.

The phones that can be used would be dictated by the solution you choose to integrate into Sugar (i.e. which phones are supported by Skype or Asterisk)

It's a good idea to post in different areas to get the most attentions and hopefully the most replies to your posts... but you could at least change a bit your copies from one another
The answer to your question depends on what phones are supported by your system...

This is not a Sugar issue...see my previous reply: "Sugar doesn't offer any built-in telephony integration."

You need to take this matter up with the manufacturer of whatever system it is you are using.
