Sugar doesn't offer any built-in telephony integration. The only built-in option it offers is a mechanism that allows it to recognize and format phone numbers for Skype dialing purposes.
Beyond that, there are add-ons you can apply to integrate with Asterisk/Trixbox, but those are not built-in capabilities.
The phones that can be used would be dictated by the solution you choose to integrate into Sugar (i.e. which phones are supported by Skype or Asterisk)

Thanks for your reply. but still my problem exist
when i try the numbers with the soft phones, it get connected but when I tried with the normal phones, the call is not get connected. Any idea for why it happens?
our office is fully connected by the network and sugarCRM is in the PABX Server and both are in the asterrisk
