    Default Please Help

    I open accounts menu.
    I choose the type that i want and search.
    All accounts that belongs to that type appears.
    I want that type of accounts to be seen by a limited user and also to be seen by the exact user who is also responsible from the account (these are also limited users).
    How will i do that.??

    Can you clarify?: seen by a limited user.

    Problem is this;

    I implement it setting a Role which restrict access to Accounts only for owner. But the owner of the customer is someone else. And he also needs to see his customers only.

    Can a account has two owners??

    No, records can only have one owner. The Pro and Enterprise Editions allow multi-user Team ownership, but your requirements may or not align with that functionality either.

    If you want Teams capabilities in the Community Edition, use the Security Suite module: http://www.sugarforge.org/projects/securitysuite/

    I have installed security suite but it broke down my system.
    i cant see home and contacts module..
    now i cant even uninstall the security suite.
    Help..

    Hi,

    Try to repair the SugarCRM system. Go to the admin panel select Repair then perform quick repair. May be this will work for you.

    Hi,

    Try to copy your CUSTOM folder some where and after it delete the CUSTOM folder from the sugarcrm main directory. Delete your cache folder also. May be this will work for you. also delete security suite from module folder.

    Note: All delete perform after making a proper backup
