PLease HELP

Hi Folks,

Is anyone monitoring this forum? I have posted a question last week and have not received a simple reply.
I just installed 4.0beta for a first time and I have a simple question:

How do you create a user account that can login via web interface BUT will not have Admin Privilege?
The current permission design is ALL or NOTHING. Could some one please help?

Doesn't it help to check off the 'Administrator' box when you create a new user?

What do you mean by the "current permission design"? Does it mean the new role management?
