Please help for client assigment

Dear Sirs,

We are team of sales people and when we put the information for our clients in the CRM there is one option - ssigned To.
For example 10 clients are mine and are assigned to me.
Other 10 are to other girl with a name Maria (just example)
etc.other clients are assigned to peter

And the problem is that Maria can click the client of Peter and assigned it to her (steаl it).
Of course we are friends in the team but it will be much better if this doesnt have the option to happen.

Is there any option we can use - so if someone added a client to be only his and noone else to be able to take it?

I didnt want to disturb you and tryed a lot to make it but its still not working and is very important for my company.
