Please help! I need the following features and need to see if Sugar is the answer...

Hello folks. Thx for reading!

I'm a consultant that needs to respond to my clients fast.

1. I run projects and handle service calls. I want to manage the projects and ensure they happen smoothly.
2. I have a blackberry and want to use it to add/access/change data. Specifically, if a client calls me and needs something done, I need to add it immediately with my Blackberry instead of writing it down and entering it later.
3. I want to let my clients log in and create service calls and have the server email me when that happens.
4. I want my juniors to have limited ability to access certain data.
5. I want to have tasks and be able to see the entire list of tasks and prioritize them and tell one of my guys to go take care of client A first, then client B.
6. I want to be able to store sensitive client data on the server and limit my juniors from accessing accounts I haven't allowed them to.
7. Will be nice to have a nice looking Outlook Integration. I think it didn't look too nice and function well a few years ago when I last tried Sugar briefly.

That's the gist of what I need and I would love to use Sugar, but I just need to know that it will do all this for me.

Quick Q though... I've seen some BlackBerry add-on products that are designed to run SugarCRM nicely on a BB screen. Do I need one of those? I really hope I don't need to pay additional amounts to use the SugarCRM system on my BB.

The Sugar Wireless module is entirely a web-based application. You access it on your Blackberry via the BB web browser.

The third-party applications you see on SugarExchange are client-side applications that get installed on the BB and allow you to work with the Sugar data regardless of your current data connection speed. The BB app synchrnizes changes with the Sugar application in the background.
