Please Help - Notes and Call Backs

We are having trouble with tagging notes and call backs to the contacts with Sugar CRM CE. Can anyone explain how we add the note and call back to a specific contact? Thanks in Advance.

You can add a note by using subpanel from Contacts module. By this way, when you save the note you goback to the contact.
Otherwise, if you directly create a note from Notes module, you have to click on a link to go to the right contact.
