Hi All,

I'm new to Open Source Sugar CRM. I have started exploring it and would like to know more details about the following:

1. Is there a provision to integrate Open Source Sugar CRM with other systems?
2. What about high-availablity of Open Source Sugar CRM?
3. Open Source Sugar CRM is compatiable with what data bases?
4. Any specific hardware requirements?
5. Any specific software requirements?

I am a developer. We are actually started looking at few products where we can use or can customize based on our requirements.

It would be very helpful if some one addresses my doubts which have furnished in this mail.

1. There is a REST and SOAP based API that you can use for integrations. There are also several other techniques built into the framework that don't require the use of the API.

2. It is all LAMP based, so it shouldn't be a problem. The Sugar OnDemand platform uses common open source technologies for its infrastructure: CentOS, MySQL, memcache....
