    Default Plz make me clear about sugarCRM

    Hello Frndz.........

    I m very new in sugarCRM.. I downloaded and installed the sugarCRM. But still having doubt, that is..
    How a customer can interact with organization by sugarCRM? Who is going to use this software only admin and organization's employee or customer also..
    Or else sugaCRM is only for office use to maintain the customer data?
    plz make clear..

    Thanks Surfaraz.... .Ii read about crm or sugarCRM.. n i got that v can maintain the customer relationship. But i want make it clear that whether customer is going to use the sugarCRM or it will b used by organization only...

    The CRM itself is usually used only by employees of the company running the CRM - but the customers and partners of that company often use a self-service portal which is connected to the CRM, and which shares controlled portions of information from the CRM with the customers and partners. Services cases, quotes, invoices, FAQs, knowledge base articles - these are all examples of things that customers and partners may access via the self-service portal.
