For portal access are portal ID & password associated with the contact or with the Accounts information? And if it is associated with the contact, do you allow for this login to be able to view and update all account related information or just contact information?
Example Scenario:
One account with many contacts, if each contact has their own login, do you enable each contact related to the account to see and update all activities related to the account or just the contacts case details and information?
