    Default Portal for my customers

    Hi, I would like to know if there is a way to give access to my customers to a portal where they could create new tickets.

    I tried to create a new user with restricted rights but it doesn't give the result I wanted.

    Anyone could help me?

    I have the free version of SugarCRM that we can download on the web site.

    For subscribers to SugarCRM Pro and Enterprise, they have the option of licensing SugarPortal, which lets customers file services cases via the portal.

    For Sugar OS - there has been various efforts using Mambo and Joomla to bring an old portal up to date - but it seems to be not very successful to date.

    We ourselves have built a customer portal for Info At Hand - our commercial superset of SugarCRM OS - which you can see at our site. It offers customers forums, FAQs, filing and updating cases and bugs, collaborating on projects, and updating their own information profiles within the CRM.
