Possible to Add Campaign Type

Bit of a newbie here and was wondering if it's possible to add a campaign type to the existing list. I want to add something like "In Person Event" but can't see a way to do that currently and 15 minutes of searching didn't help.

I also need to do this, so I wonder if it's as simple as going to the Dropdown Editor in the Admin section, then going to campaign_type_dom and adding a new type.

yes, you are correct, to add a new item to the type dropdown in campaigns, simply add a new item to the above dropdown. It will be treated as a non-email campaign.
