Possible to set-up more than one instance of SugarCRM on one server?

I have installed the SugarCRM open source version but would like to set-up more than one CRM site using it on the one server. Can you set-up more than one site or organisation on one server, using one install of the sofware?

Typically, using one installation of Apache, PHP and MySQL, you create multiple SugarCRM installation directories. Each one uses a new database in MySQL, and a new database user. It can be located and addressed such that it has a URL of the form site1.mainsite.com, or of the form mainsite.com/site1/.
