    I'm not sure what exactly you're asking..
    Asterisk itself is not a predictive dialer.
    SugarCRM can be run on the same server machine as Asterisk, and the two can be tightly integrated with one another, though such requires custom coding.

    You might take a look at starting with Trixbox which includes SugarCRM OS, though Sugar is not integrated with Asterisk.

    Hi Quintero,

    One of our client is having Asterisk and Sugar on same server. He is capturing calls from Asterisk into Suagr.

    Hi,

    We have been using a hosted call centre technology with sugarCRM and we are really satisfied. It manages both inbound customer calls (with IVR and skills-based routing) and outbound (telemarketing) calls using a predictive dialler module.

    Because it is a hosted call centre technology, we just had to install the application and log in to the provider's server. Some of our agents work from home so we could save some of the infrastructure costs as well.

    Virtual Call Center 3.0 has many call centre features, but we only use the predictive dialler, IVR, campaign reports and CRM API.

    Not to hijack this thread but Invox provides out of box Sugar integration with your call center. The capabilities are enormous.

    You can search, capture leads, do CTIs, forward calls to Skype and we have the best price match guarantee.

    Moreover, the system is speech driven and you can use it to voice-automate most of your caller questions.

    It has includes browser plugin and allows you to initiate outbound calls (dialer).

    Is there any Open Source Integration module to tie SugarCRM with a Predictive Dialer?

    Janos, I would be very interested to know what version of Sugar do you used for that call centre.
