We somehow got a new team in the last few days (Global) - a Private Team for Global.

We didn't create it, so the only thing I can think of is when we recently imported a csv file of contacts, and assigned them to the team Global. Maybe the import process interpreted the team as an assignee and automatically created a team for them. Whatever.

It doesn't have the important properties of the real Global team - accessible by everyone.

It unfortunately comes up as the default team now, for users. I checked their user profiles - it actually says they have a different default team, so that doesn't make sense.

I went through and edited all records that had accidentally used (Global) and set them back to Global.

I went to admin/Teams and tried to delete the team. It comes up with a nasty message:
- Sorry, you cannot delete private team(s). Aborting.

There is no-one assigned to the Team.

As a stop-gap, I renamed the team to UnhappyTeam and changed the description to "Do not use".

Has anyone else had a (Global) team automatically created, and any ideas on how to really delete it?
