Pro version questions - limitations

Good morning.

I have a few questions about sugar pro!

1. With workflow - Why is it that when you create a new case via workflow you can assigne a user as logged on user but the same does not go for creating a task?

2. Will workflow be updated in next version so that a field can be updated with the value of another field of a related module?

3. will the word mail merge be made to be able to merge all modules, custom as well?

please scratch the assigned user. if i just read the manual i would see that it is under advanced. sorry.
