Problem in 4.51b

I've got a problem that seems to happen from time to time and I'm unable to solve it. I know that I should upgrade to 5.0, but right now that isn't an option and I was hoping for some guidance in tracking down this problem.

The problem that I'm seeing is that one of our sales people has done something (what I don't know) that is causing him to link to a call from his dashboard that issues an error message that is basically trying to reference calls.assigned_user_name, which is not a valid column in that table. The URL he is accessing when getting this error is:

https://sugar/sugar/index.php?action=DetailView&module=Calls&record=<--ID REMOVED -->&stamp=1229093685026681400&offset=1

However if you remove either the stamp or the offset URL arguments the error goes away. If I, or any other users try to access the same page. we don't see the error message.

What could be going wrong?

Can you specify if this issue happen when you access the Call through ListView or any other screen?
Does it happen for all logged users or just or for a specific one?

This happens for only a single user and only when he accesses the call through the dashboard interface. If he views the call by any other means it works just fine for him.

Solved this by having the user clear their cookies. I'm not sure why this would cause a problem like this, but at least I have a solution now.
