Hello,
the situation is as followed:
I have accounts and accounts have contacts.
Now i create with the sugar API a new case which is related to accounts.
The account have one activity where no contact is selected.
When i go to cases the new case is there with the correct link to accounts.
Also the activity is visible.
When i click on the compose email button by activities there is a window for creating an email but the TO field is empty. The subject line is correct with the case number.
How can i get there a correct TO automaticlly.
We have tried to add contacts from that account to the case with no succes.
After that we assigned a contact to the activity with no succes...
Probably we missed something but we don't know what?
What are we missing???
