Problem with emails

Hi Admin,
I am facing couple problem with sugar.
1. When I try to email someone using sugar. I have to manually go in and type in the email address or select it from the address book.
If we look at yahoo, msn or any other mail provider.
IF we type the first few letters of persons email address we can select from the list.
For example: IF we have gunjan@sugar.com
I should be able to type 'gu' and all the emaill address that starts with gu shall be listed.
Is there anything we can do about it.
