problem with exporting contacts from sugar to microsoft excel

Hi I have a problem exporting contacts to excel.
I state that I am using the version of Sugar. Quach days without notice, if I select the contacts and I click the export option to export to excel rather than allowing me this message:
" Could not find file http://contatti.teddy.it/export.php".
How can I fix? thanks

A workaround for this issue could be export the contacts as a csv, and then open this file with excel. Then you can save it as xls if you want.

thank you for your answer but the problem is another. Suddenly the Export button no longer works, from the error that I described in my previous post. There are about two years we export data into Excel (csv) from sugar and we never had any problems. Thank you.
