Problem with OpenSales QuotePDF

I've installed the latest version of OpenSales Products and Quotes on SugarCRM 5.5.4 and I'm trying to use it.

I keep getting a '403' error whenever I try to produce a PDF. I can run the QuotePDF script just fine from the prompt. Everything else is working fine.

As one other person that's had a similar problem suggested, I've modified the .htaccess file in the base CRM directory to not include "include" files in the 403 redirect. I checked the basic conf files to see if the problem was in there. I'm not seeing it.

I've even gone so far as to completely delete the packages and re-add them. Same problem exists.

This is clearly a permissions problem within Apache and not a problem with the application, but has anyone got any idea what else I need to check to get this working?
