Problem in SugarCRM & Microsoft Exchange integration

Hi,
I am using SugarCRM.
I am trying to integrate SugarCRM with Microsoft exchange, so that I will get my mails in SugarCRM.
For that, I am trying to install openchange plugin,but I am having following errors :

1. Openchange requires samba4 and LDB which is LDAP like database.
I have installed samba4, but I am having error while installing LDB.
I am doing make into LDB directory, it gives error.
Please help me with the solution on it.

2. I have setup_exchange.php file, in this , "a4common.classes.php" file is included.
The problem is a4common.classes.php does not exist in my directory. I have googled a lotfor this file.
As a4common.classes.php is included into setup_exchange.php, I am getting error when I click on the option "Configure Microsoft Exchange Integration".

Please help me in resolving both the above issues.

Was this question ever answered? I'm also trying to setup exchange integration and the only thing holding me back is this a4common.classes.php.

I have a feeling it's a file from an older version. Can anyone help us out with this?
