Problem with ZuckerDocs' webservice

Installation is good, but webservice have a problem. For testing purpose, I access ZuckerDocs's webservice as below URL:
http://URL/knowledgetree/ktwebservic...ice_zucker.php
It automatically redirect to customerrorpage.php page. So, I think the webservice does not work and ZuckerDocs does not work.
Anyone get this problem? What wrong with my system? how to fix this trouble?

OS: Windows Server 2003
DB: MySQL
Webserver: Apache2. PHP5.2.5
CRM: SugarCRM 5.0.0a CE
KT 3.5.2 and ZuckerDocs 2.0d
