Problems executing E-Mail Marketing (Newsletter) with Aruba

Hi all,
I'm having some problems with Newsletter campaign. I've created a newsletter campaign and inside the campaign I've created some instances of e-mail marketing. I think to have done all steps right: I've had some problems but I've fixed them just following the guide and some threads in this forum. Now I can send test mail to test list but I'm still having a problem with scheduling: I've just read that I should put a line in my server about cron.d daemon but actually my web space is hosted by Aruba. Is this the problem?
In the "View Status" tab of the campaign my mails seems to have been scheduled because I can see a line per target (of subscription list) who's showing the hour of clock in which the mail has been scheduled for sending. However in the Admin pages at the tab about scheduler I can't see any job started or scheduled.
Now, I've asked also aruba support and I'm waiting for aswer.

most webhosts (the good ones anyway) let you set up cron jobs.

Aruba Staff has just replied: unfortunately they don't give me the chance to set up cron jobs because of my Shared Hosting. Now I'm asking them what kind of hosting enables me to configure cron jobs.

Anybody in my situation?

Aruba Staff told me that they offer no hosting with cron capabilities and if you want that operation with aruba you've got to switch to a Virtual server solution or something similar. Not good.
