Problems importing contacts and accounts from Outlook 2007

Hi

I m trying to import my contacts and accounts from outlook 2007 contacts

From the point of view of outlook: i wrote a CSV file with comma separated fields, and header file with the name of the fields. It seems everything goes fine

From the point of view of SugarCRM. when I tried to import de CSV file the problem is on all the accents (there are a big number of contacts and companies with accents on their names). once I tried to import, all those "stange" characters are missed.
When I am slecting which fields to import, I can see a ? on those characters.

Is this problem related with the set of characters I have on Sugar? How can i CHANGE THE SET OF CHARACTERS? How can I solve the problem?

Hello Léonard,

Go to My Account / Edit (button) / User Settings (area) / Import/Export Character Set
3 character sets to try :
CP1252
ISO 8859-15
UTF-8

Should solve your issue.
