Problems with mails : TO not with CC or BCC

Hello,

I am not able to send mails with SugarCRM.

The TO adress doesn't receive any mail, when the CC and BCC receive well their mails.

What's wrong ? Where can I search ?

I work on Windows XP, with my ISP's SMTP.

Please provide more details like the version you are working on etc.
Are you looking at the community preview ?

I run the last version 3.5.1d

I have read different posts on this forum, and I have tried different SMTP server : smtp.wanadoo.fr,the IP of smtp.wanadoo.fr, localhost (I have one with IIS) , my own smtp server : ajornet.fr.

And it seems that the behaviour is not allways the same. Sometimes the TO runs and not the CC, sometimes tisi is the opposite.
I will study this more scientifically ;-)
But, SugarCRM allways considers the mail is sent.
