I have been asked to put up a thread regarding Product handling within Sugar in another forum: http://www.sugarcrm.com/forums/showthread.php?t=47244

As this forum does not seem to get as much traffic as others, I thought I'd add a pointer in here.

Please have a look at this thread if you think that the Product integration with cases/bugs etc within Sugar is lacking.

I was asked to start this other thread by Sugar themselves to try and gauge the amount of demand for changes, as per the suggestions in the thread.
