Projects/campaings ? what is the Good way to work with Sugar

Hey,

So i have working Sugar atm. I haven't yet figured out what would be best way to do my works with a sugar.

Short description:

3 persons will work with their own printmedia project. Everyone takes calls to customers.

So my need is next.

Project manager takes a call to company xxx where is person yyy. Contact says "ok sounds good we will participate this print.

Now project manager need to fill up activity with next information

a. company
b. contact
c. "some plaa plaa"
d. this call/activity belongs to xxx -project

So after this call, another project manager could check up what they have been discusted. search criterias will be ex. contact, company or just a name of on-going project.

So my problem is that how can I relate activity/call into company, contact and project.

This is important, because same contact may be participated another projects aswell. So we need to see history about clients and in what project they have been involved earlier.

Hopefully even some of you understand what im trying to achieve.
