Question about Pro and Ent. License

A customer of mine asked me if they buy a pro or an ent sugar license subscription, they have to pay the subscription every year to use the software? If they don't pay for the subscription, they don't have the right to use the software but the software still works ok, isn't it?

I don't know how to answer this question. So please someone who knows about the licensing issue please help.

Hi there,

The Pro and Enterprise software has a license key that must be valid in order for the software to work. If the license key is expired, the software won't work.

The software will give you about a month after expiration date before it expires completely

Plugins (outlook for ex) stop working if the licence is expired (first day of expiration)
