Question about some feature

After i tried SugarCRM, i wanna find out some features to fit my business. is there any extensions can achieve this:

1. After a e-mail a/c received a e-mail, the system can auto create a new task/case.
2. History of modification, coz now i only can find out the ppl who is the last modifier.

Do any know more about that?, Please tell me...Thanks for your help!~~

For your first question, I know that Sugar Professional can do this-- but the workflow functionality may not be in Sugar Open Source / Community Edition. It's worth checking our documention (http://www.sugarcrm.com/crm/user_documentation) to see if these features are mentioned as part of the InboundEmail module.

For your second question, Sugar definitely supports this. You'll find a "View Change Log" button just under the Edit/Delete buttons when viewing a record.
