I am looking to edit the query that the quick search does on the top right of Sugar. I can see how to edit the query using the columns found within the same table (accounts for example). However, what I am looking to do is to be able to search against custom fields created so hence table accounts_cstm

has anyone done this before? Any help would be appreciated.
