Quick way to flush database?

We've been trialling Sugarcrm in-house for a while an d now want to go live without all the testing junk we've created.

Is there a way to delete all data from the sugar database e.g. contacts, history, etc. without deleting the users accounts and details and any customisations made, e.g. portal changes?

You can do it just checking all unneeded records in ListView or DetailView screens and press Delete button.
Or use phpmyadmin

Normally the best way is to simply re-install - using the same database and database user - but drop tables, and do not create demo data.
