Recommend Modules plz...

Hello All! I'm a recently converted vtiger user (well almost) for a company with 100 users and over 5,000 portal users. I need some recomendations...

1) Asterisk - Currently we are running a trixbox. What module can you recommend for easy integration so that it will automatically open the contact/account for a caller, log calls, and possibly store the recording of the calls?

2) Exchange - Would you recommend using the outlook plugin or an exchange backend piece? If so which one?

3) SMS - this is something new to me that we always wanted to have, how can we send sms messages in/out of sugarCRM?

4) any expeirience with the Field level access module?

WE ARE RUNNING 5.5.4!!

Of course lets keep everything to free/opensource so changes can be made at any time TIA!
