In the OS version this is not possible, with the PRO workflow component you can define recurring events.

If you are using Exchange, Riva Integration Server properly synchronises Exchange recurring appointments to SugarCRM (all versions). Any changes to a single appointment instance or to all instances will be properly synched whether the changes are made in SugarCRM or in Outlook. There is logic in Riva that restricts the maximum number of recurring appointment instances to one year or to 12 whichever is larger. You can read more about Riva at:
