I want to know if SugarCRM is the correct product to do the following,
1. On a portal customers are sending email to us related to ecommerce [enquiry, booking of travel packages etc]
2. Currently if a sales-person-1 responds, others don't know what is happening with that order. Management also doesn't know what is happening with that order
Will SugarCRM solve this issue by receiving all these emails and one could see the entire thread?
