Relationship between Tracker and Target List (Who has clicked on this tracker ?)

Hello,

We are using SugarCRM OS 5.2 and we would like to contact anyone who has clicked on a specific tracker of a given campaign.

I've searched for modules, but didn't find any that can solve my problem.

Is there an easier way to get that information than just "Add to a Target List" everyone that has clicked on any tracker and go through the list 10 by 10 and add them to another list ?

It would be nice if a Tracker has a related Target List. Clicking the tracker link would automatically populate his associated Target List.

There's no other native way. You could write a query/script that added all the click thru's to a target list.
