Relationship in Studio

Hi
I have an error when in Studio I try to load relationships about Account module; any other relationship is retrieved correctly in other modules, but when I select relationship of Account the message "Failed to retrieve data" is raised. I checked sugacrm.log (debug mode) and no error message are traced.

In a previous post in the forum someone wrote the error was caused by Ajax when loading module's metadata.
I check the files in modules/Accounts/metadata and custom/modules/Accounts/metadata but I doon't know what exactly check. Could you give me some cue?

have u checked your error_log?
its under /sugarcrm-5.2.0e/apache2/logs

My apache was installed as standalone service, it's not under sugar folder.
However when I click on Account module relationships, the log traces this:

and this is the trace for BugTracker module relationships (note:in this case I visualize correctly the relationships):
