Relationships / interdependencies between modules?

A bit of a newbie question, but I haven't been able to find a real answer.

Is there somewhere where I can see how all the modules relate and inter depend on each other. I'm trying to see how to best apply Sugar to our Real Estate business and it would be useful if I could see a 'map' of how all the modules relate.

I know leads convert to opportunities and contacts and you also need to create or associate it to an account to it. But I can't see how products relate to any of those modules if at all. I'd really like to relate the product module to the contacts, opportiunities and lead modules.

Also, which modules have or are able to have multiple relations to other modules?

I hope the above is clear because the more I'm playing with this the murkier it's all getting
