When creating a case in Sugar the Create Case dialogue requires an Account. It is better for the work we do to have cases connected to contacts. So I went through the studio to change the Cases module. I added a custom Relate field called Contact. I went into the "Edit View" in the Layout Editor and took out the Account Name field and put in the Contact field. I then clicked Save & Deploy. From here I went into Sugar and click Create Case. The dialogue had been updated. It required a Contact instead of an Account. I selected an existing Contact and created the case. I then go to that Contacts record and scrolled down to the Cases sub-panel and the case that I created is not there. Why is this happening?
