Remote Backup to Cloud Storage Amazon S3

I am looking at options that can be used for remote backup into cloud (Only Amazon S3 as they are the most trustworthy). I would like both Sugar MySQL database backup and Sugar folder backup, with deduplication, database backup, large files, encryption and compression. Any tools or experience in doing this would be neat.

My plan is to take daily or weekly dumps of database and folders and send it to Amazon through one of these tools:
Mozy

idrive http://www.idrive.com

Secobackup http://www.secobackup.com

This last tool looks interesting to me as they are free (you still pay for Amazon storage) and they have a special MySQL to S3 backup and support for large files while Mozy has a brand name and probably heavily used by the community.

You may also consider the Cloud Files solution from Mosso/Rackspace. Where S3 does have some great press and is a great solution - Rackspace has been in the hosting arena for quite a while and is a very trustworthy name.

Of these options, it appears SecoBackup is the only one with MySQL support.

I need remote backup. I looked at mozy, but not a good fit here. Amazon s3 backup for servers seems like a good option. Mosso is less than an year old and Amazon seems to have a lot of tools/software to go with it.\\

I installed SecoBackup, and setup the mysql database for daily backup to Amazon S3. Whats next? How do I backup the file system portion of SugarCRM or is that not needed?
