Remove Sugar Dashlets

I would like to remove the sugar dashlets (at home) by default for all users but admins when a new user is created. Also I have "My open cases" dashlet and Iwas looking in the files where resides to eliminate by default but I didn't find it.

Copy a file modules/Home/dashlets.php to custom/modules/Home/dashlets.php

Then edit it to set default dashlets for new users

I am tying to perform this task on a new install of Sugar 5.0

But i don't have these folders in custom
custom/modules/Home/dashlets.php

I only have custom/themes

Should I create it?

Yes.

custom is where you create special extensions that won't be overwritten on update. So if you haven't created any, they won't be there. Just create the folders as needed.
