rename all meeting label

Hi to all,
I'm working with sugar 5.2.0f.

Two questions:

1) I want to rename all "meeting" label, I've already modify all language files and I try Quick Repair/Rebuild, but it don't work.
2) It's possible to associate an onblur event to a relate field?

Can somebody help me?

Did you just hack the language files or did you use studio?

Use Studio ... it writes the language files out to custom/modules/language so that they are upgrade safe

Oh sorry, perhaps I don't be clear ...
I like to rename shortcut "meeting" and all occurance of "meeting".

It's clear?
