Rename Home module dashlet titles?

Hi

I have renamed the opportunities module, and made other changes in various places to reflect this.

I cannot find where to rename the "My Top Open Oportunities" dashlet on the home module.
I know I can do it for an individual user by logging in and editing it, but how to change it for all users in one place?

using the CE edition
