Repeat Tasks

Hi ...

I would like to create tasks on a schedule as well as make them run on repeat, e.g. Have a task that will occur every day or every month. Is there a way to do this instead of having to create the task every time I wish it to run.

Please note that I am running community edition version 5.2.0 f

It will be great if you could shed some light on this issue. It is a very usefull feature to use reopeting events on the calender and tasks. I am working in the opensource users comunity where no one uses outlook and we do not want to depend on our PIM for calender but work exclusively from within SugarCRM.
Is there anything we could use, or add?

One way to do this is to have a custom process called by your Sugar Scheduler which would create the tasks on the fly according to the schedule you'd like. You'd have to register the job in modules/Schedulers/_AddJobsHere.php for it to show up in the scheduler.
